So here we are up north. Home is down south. I miss my pets and my family and especially my granddaughter. But we are having a good time. Hiking and shopping and helping out up here.
We've decided to go hiking just about every day and are trying to find new places to hike that we've never been before. We even bought a National Park Pass. Excited about that.
There is a really great trail that they made up here -- Pacific Northwest trail that runs across the top of Washington. This bridge is from one small part of it.
They have individual sections of the trail called out. The trail goes behind peoples property and along other older trails. You see a variety of people. Some hiking, some biking and when we got there, there were some people dancing to two guys playing horns. Kind of fun.
Today is a bit drizzly so not sure where we will go yet.
